Standard bespoke training for an investment manager
Our standard awareness courses do not always perfectly align with a client’s specific training needs. Certain sections might not be relevant to the target audience, and information regarding internal processes and products is naturally missing. This is to be expected, as our standard courses are designed to serve the wider market. However, we can easily adapt them. We refer to this approach as ‘standard bespoke training’, where we customise a standard course by removing irrelevant sections and integrating company-specific information.
Steps involved in standard bespoke training
With standard bespoke training, we first grant the client access to the awareness course or courses they are interested in. The client then indicates which components can be omitted and what information they would like to add. This supplementary information can either be provided by the client in a fully drafted format, or we can develop it for them based on their input.
The modified course is then sent to the client for review. Usually, a few iterations follow to ensure the course is structured exactly as desired.
As soon as the client has approved the bespoke version, we finalise it and prepare the course for registration. Before enrolling the participants, we carefully coordinate the client’s internal communication with the staff, ensuring everyone knows what to expect and preventing the registration confirmation from being mistaken for spam.
Monitoring progress
The client is given access to the dashboard within our learning environment, allowing them to monitor the participants’ study progress. In addition to the standard dashboard layout, it is also possible to compile custom reports. While clients can do this themselves, we regularly handle this on their behalf, sending a report to the client’s designated contact person at agreed intervals.
