Demonstrable expertise of the Wwft and Sanctions Act is a requirement for employees of a financial institution. Besides knowledge of the legislation, it is also important to be able to assess issues specific to one’s own organisation. This is why we offer a programme that best suits this. This programme is therefore always customised in consultation with the client.
Objective
After successful completion of this programme you will be aware of the relevant provisions from the Wwft and Sanctions Act, and will be able to apply these to your own organisation. The programme::

Course content
Structure
It is important that the Wwft programme has an impact on ownership for managing Wwft and Sw risks. For this, it is important that participants engage in a dialogue on how they view these risks.
We achieve this in three steps:
1. demonstrating and, if necessary, refreshing previously acquired theoretical knowledge;
2. an online or live survey;
3. discussing the results of the survey.
Step 1: theory
Employees of financial institutions have already regularly attended training courses, workshops and e-learnings on Wwft and Sanctions Act in recent years. Participants can demonstrate their level of knowledge by taking the test of the Wwft Awareness e-learning. If they pass the test, they have demonstrated their level of knowledge. Should they fail the test, they are given the opportunity to go through the theory again and take the test again.v
Step 2: online survey
In this step, we conduct a survey among participants, in which they individually give their reaction to CDD-related scenarios relevant to the customer. The results are input for the discussion in the third step. The design of the survey and content of the scenarios is carefully coordinated with the client.
Stap 3: discuss results
The responses from the survey will form the input for the discussion among the participants and led by a senior consultant from Projective Group. Where applicable, the trainer will elaborate on theory and discuss current developments. This session will take 1.5 hours.
As an option, we record the conclusions from this discussion in a document, making the results of the programme demonstrable.
Study duration
Preparation and implementation of the three steps require approximately one month. The planning of the activities takes place in consultation with the participants.
