DSI Accredits Compliance Officer Training from The Ministry of Compliance

The Compliance Officer training of The Ministry of Compliance (TMoC) has been accredited by the Accreditation Committee of DSI. The Ministry of Compliance, which previously obtained accreditation for all Permanent Education programs and the courses for the DSI certifications Institutional Investment Advisor and Institutional Investment Information Provider, is the fifth provider of a DSI-accredited course for the compliance professional.

In short, the accreditation means that the content and examination of the training has been assessed and meets the standards of DSI. Upon completion of TMoC’s Compliance Officer course, professionals thereby meet the educational requirements for the DSI certification DSI Compliance Professional – one of the requirements for inclusion in the eponymous register. In addition, graduates of the program may use the title ‘Qualified Compliance Officer’.

The TMoC course is a practical course that prepares professionals for a position as Compliance Officer; no ‘one size fits all’ approach, but with sufficient attention for the specific knowledge and experience and the environment in which the student works. This makes TMoC’s training unique. ”We can tailor the assignments to our own work environment, making them immediately applicable in our daily practice,” says one of the course participants. Moreover, it is the first compliance training in the Netherlands that can also be followed in English.
