Set-up and examination

This programme will grant you unlimited access to our online learning environment for a year. Subjects are added to this learning environment in phases throughout the year, about two per month. The theory consists of a variety of working methods: from texts to videos and podcasts.

Baseline measurement

Each subject starts with a baseline measurement. This allows you to determine what you already know about a subject. If you are already familiar with the theory, you can go straight to the test to complete the subject.

  1. Product
  2. Market
  3. Distribution
  4. Laws and regulations
  5. Client
  6. Current developments

Each subject has its own test. This test consists of one or a few questions that are selected from an extensive database. To renew your DSI certification, you must have passed at least 80% of the tests at the end of the calendar year. Once you have successfully completed all of the tests, you will receive a certificate for this course. You can take the tests as often as you want.

Study duration

The programme DSI Retail Information Provider runs per calendar year and must be completed before the end of the year. The average study duration per subject is 20 minutes. The total study load per year is between 3 and 6 hours, depending on your prior knowledge of the subjects.
